Return Policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please make sure that you checked the specifications of the product and its conformity, by visiting the webpage before buying it. The trade relationships between the buyer and SC Floraria IRIS  SRL (www.florariairis.ro) are officially regulated by the Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding consumers’ protection upon the conclusion and implementation of online contracts.

The customer is entitled to notify the trader in writing of waiving the purchase, without incurring any penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 working days since receiving and accepting the product.

The law also provides that one may not terminate for convenience any contracts of supply of some products, such as flowers, which, by their very nature, cannot be returned, or which can decay or deteriorate fast (art. 10 letter c).

Thus, the returned product should be in the same condition as the one it was delivered in, in the original packing (including the protective foil, if any), with all the related accessories/consumables, without any signs of wear, alteration, with its intact labels and the original documents that accompanied it (fiscal invoice, care instructions, etc.).

The products should be returned to the address mentioned on the website.

Upon receipt, the products, such as plants and accessories, should be checked, in order to establish whether they meet the aforementioned conditions; otherwise, they shall be rejected.

Thus, the products that are in a different condition than the one they were delivered in, the products whose return was not previously notified, as well as the products that were deteriorated during transportation, following their inappropriate handling, shall be rejected.

If the orders were paid by card, the relevant amount of money shall be returned on the same card that was used when trading, within at most 30 days since the acceptance of return.

Further, we shall comply with the provisions of the Government Ordinance no. 34/2015 regarding consumers’ rights under contracts concluded with professionals, whereby (solely under the conditions of the normative act aforementioned) you are entitled, within 14 days since the date you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the products, to withdraw from this contract.

In order to exercise your withdrawal right, you have to inform SC Floraria IRIS SRL, at its office at 34 Calea Mosilor St., .....(telephone), email: atelier@florariairis.ro, of your decision to withdraw from this contract, by using an unequivocal statement, for instance, a letter sent by mail or e-mail. 

The conditions of the withdrawal right are applicable only to consumers that are natural persons.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding your exercising the withdrawal right, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The deadline is considered as met when the products are returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.

We will proceed to this reimbursement only if all the return conditions are being met and if we receive our products back.

Within the lawful 14-day term, you may return products that:

• are in the same condition as that they were delivered in;
• do not exceed the term of 14 days since their receipt date;
• were not the object of a special order;
• were not distinctly personalized at the consumer’s request;
• were not executed as per the customer’s specifications (for ex., mixed flower and plant arrangements)
• do not show any signs of tearing, cutting or deterioration, including unauthorized interference with the product;
• do not show visible signs of non-compliance with the care instructions (including excessive watering)
• do not fall into the category of products that by their very nature – as flowers – cannot be returned, if these correspond, upon delivery, to the details posted on the website;
• it is mandatory to return the products in their original packing (the packing they were bought in), with intact accessories and label (without any signs of deterioration, cutting, tearing, lasting exposure to adverse atmospheric conditions heat/cold, absence of natural light)
